I received my bachelors of science in Nutrition from the University of Arkansas. I've been teaching group exercise for 7 years and personal training for 5. I hold certifications in Lagree fitness and personal training. My nutrition focus is in supplementation, cycle syncing and low inflammatory diets. For my personal workouts I enjoy high intensity interval training or a killer leg day!

Keri earned her BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (WCU), completed a dietetics internship through Marywood University, and then went on to practice as a Registered Dietitian. Keri continued her formal studies of nutrition, earning a master’s degree in Community Nutrition from WCU in 2018. She currently teaches nutrition courses for WCU and recently completed her PhD in instructional design.
Through my experiences training to run long distance events and for yoga competitions, I have seen first-hand that results happen when you train consistently over time with proper nutrition. I believe that we can break through self-imposed limits we set upon ourselves and achieve new goals when we choose to do so, and then invest in ourselves.
I am a graduate of Saint Joseph University in West Hartford, CT. I have been a dietitian for over twenty years! Most of my work has been in the clinical care setting but I have had other great opportunities in the field of dietetics as well. One of which was nutrition counciling in the home setting through PACE programming. I am passionate about healthy living and clean food. My goal is to help others live healthier lives through nutrition management. I love people and want to empower others to succeed in meeting their nutrition goals.
